As we've recently learned, exponential growth is a good thing, but a very PAINFUL thing.
In order to keep up with our recent growth, I have paused ads until we can properly fill the following departments with eager, competent people:
- Client Advocacy
- Team Leadership
- Business Advocacy
We will be making some dramatic changes to our infrastructure over the next few weeks, such as improving your Work Portal's functionality and workflow guidance.
I'm excited for the future, but we still have a lot of work to do to ensure we can close the gap between client expectations, and Agency fulfillment.
